Space Launch and Missile Defense Systems (LMDS) has an opening for a Financial Analyst - Level 2 or 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Chandler, AZ .
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Performs economic research and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and income statements Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment Provides analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit or division Basic Qualifications for Level 2 : Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' industry related experience - OR - Master's degree and 1+ year industry related experience Will consider additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel US Citizen Basic Qualifications for Level 3 : Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' industry related experience - OR - Master's degree and 4+ year industry related experience Will consider additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel US Citizen Preferred Qualifications for both roles : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Accounting or Finance Earned Value Management (EVM) experience IPMR or IPMDAR experience Sales Forecasting experience Experience with financial reporting on a variety of contract types Experience with TM1 financial forecasting system & COBRA earned value management system Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry U nderstanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR Salary Range: $62,600 - $93,400
Salary Range 2: $76,600 - $115,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
