Job Summary:
As a Financial Accountant you will have a key role within the Global Financial Services and Systems (GFSS) Function within the Budapest Business Centre. You will be responsible and accountable to perform the accounting activities for daily operations of the customers in the EMEA region. The incumbent will be part of the team that would work together with the Finance Transformation and the Transitions teams.
Your main responsibilities:
Process Centric: with thorough understanding of the financial processes (RTR, OTC & PTP) with due focus on RTR in managing end to end accounting. Responsibilities include ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Provide business partnership to all areas of plant with regard to functional expertise and cross-functional overall goals and objectives.

corporate policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance/AccountingRelevant work experience in General Ledger, Record to Report or similar field of areaAdvanced PC / Technical Skills and Experience with Microsoft Office Products including MS Access, MS Excel and MS OutlookAbility to deal with a range of issues efficiently and in a timely mannerAble to work within a large, multi-cultural organisation with international stakeholdersStrong cross/multi-cultural background and experience; sensitive to cultural differencesBe solutions driven, analytical and capable of delivering resultsExcellent written and oral English communication skills, additional European language knowledge is an advantage Previous experience of finance modules, ideally Oracle and/or SAP is desirableProven track record in delivering process improvement initiatives is preferableUnderstanding and experience with USGAAP; exposure to SOX is desirable
