As a Transformation Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to streamline processes and maintain strong relationships across different entities. The position will work with all operating companies in the U.S. market and have responsibility for their transformation and change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and transformation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams involved in transformation initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary.
Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, standardization procedures across all OpCo in the U.S market.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field / CPA preferred
Minimum 3.5 years of experience in general accounting and compliance required, 5-7 years preferred.
Proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system and MS Applications
Proven ability to leverage performance, development, and talent to drive organizational change
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Passion for solving complex problems and generating cross-functional solutions
Ability and desire to develop digital solutions, with proven skills in the following areas:
