Job Summary
Raytheon Doha delivers cutting edge Land Warfare – Air Defense systems to the Middle East customers. We are seeking an experienced Finance Senior Lead to join our Qatar and Oman NASAMS program office.
In partnership with the Short and Medium Range Air Defense Systems Product Area as part of the Land Warfare – Air Defense Strategic Business Unit, we are delivering NASAMS systems to partner nation, Qatar and transitioning into Operations & Sustainment and continues to implement Long Term Support contract for Royal Air Force of Oman.
In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Lead(s) providing the team with financial management, insight, and results to better facilitate the program needs. You will lead the stakeholders of cost control, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial implementation of the NASAMS programs. In addition, you will provide support to all in-country programs and the Landed Company, Raytheon Doha.
This Hybrid position will report to the Finance Senior Manager, Raytheon Doha.
This Accompanied / Unaccompanied role will be in Doha, Qatar and will be a 2-year international assignment.
Responsibilities to Anticipate
Lead and guide various Raytheon and IOT Implementation Teams.
Develop and review of Estimate at Completion (EAC)s as well as development and support of AOP / Five Year Planning activities.
Implementation and maintenance of Earned Value Management.
Provide monthly variance and data analysis.
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.).
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT Lead(s), and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis / reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company resources and processes.
Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and processes
Monitor and adjust overhead rates, as well as billings and invoicing.
Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to ensure adequate financial controls that provide a balance between finance and operational goals.
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years’ experience.
Experience with Program Controls.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certified.
Experience with interpreting and providing guidance on FAR / DFAR.
Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process.
Experience with production and/or operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Proficient with APEX / SAP / PRISM.
Excellent professional communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Ability to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.
Ability to provide program planning and control guidance.
Ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of the organization as well as implement primary details with the finance team.
Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment.
Ability to work under deadlines and constraints.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
