Job DescriptionDrive close collaboration and communication of the Shared Service Center with key stakeholders (local management, EMEA offices, headquarter and other stakeholders) Design and roll-out To-Be accounting processes which represents clear responsibilities split between SSC and EMEA entities and ensures that necessary internal controls are implemented with regards to compliance requirements.Drive standardization and harmonization of accounting processes across EMEA entitiesDevelop and implement concepts for continuous improvement, process effectiveness & efficiency evaluation, governance & audits.Define measures to improve or optimize work processes in coordination with SSC operational teams, EMEA entities, IT service providers and other stakeholders." Lead and drive transformation of accounting processes across EMEA entities in relation of automation initiatives and process improvement projects.Support operational teams in solving complex problems which require deep evaluation and case analysis.Provide needed support during auditsContribute in creation of SSC reporting system Drive implementation of new systemsMaintain governance function regarding external laws, regulations and Corporate/Sector/BA policies and methodologies (training, communication, implementation, adherence) in all above areas.Additional Information
