Every day as a Finance Manager of Revenue Contracts you will....
Secure in state and out of state contracts and manages all revenue contracts functions including facility and provider credentialing
Maintain funder rates, utilization, rate increase history, and be informed of all other funder related issues such as collection or unique requirements
Understand program and clients’ needs, serve as integral part of center operations and provides recommendation on ideal payer mix
Establish relationships with funders, manage and/or provide support on rate negotiations by completing all required documentations with input from finance, operations and clinical team; track and update leadership team of all pending rate negotiations progress;
Work closely with Admission, UR, Finance and AR teams to ensure optimal revenue cycle management; develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to minimize write off.
Serve as the center EHR system champion and trainer related to funder set up, rates and billing. Evaluate and develops reports to assist with managing revenue and authorization.
Provide direct supervision to 2-3 staff.

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), residential treatment (RTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
EXPERIENCE: At least five years position-related experience. Must have experience with computer based financial systems.Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computerskills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or otherinternal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere toestablished guidelines.
Valid driver's license must be maintained.
