Job Description The position will be responsible for thefinancial management of multiple manufacturing locations (Cambridge andothers), working collaboratively with ISC and non-ISC functions tosupport these plants. In addition, this role will provide decisionsupport to Plant Managers and the Director of Operations. The individualin this role will work closely with the entire leadership teams forthese sites on matters related to financial analysis, issueidentification, forecasting and internal controls. Ideal candidates willhave a proven track record of supporting business partners, strongfinancial acumen with a focus on productivity, and exemplarycommunication skills. More specific responsibilities include: Financialownership for manufacturing locations with a focus on providing businessdecision support while supporting FP&A processes and internal controls.Ensure predictability of financial results by driving an effective AOPand quarterly forecasting process Lead the monthly review and analysisof the plant operating results, monthly forecast, and all other ad-hocanalytical requirements. Communicate all essential monthly findings tothe respective Plant Manager, Finance Manager, and Director ofOperations in advance of the Monthly Performance Review (MPR). TheFinance Manager will be responsible to review and analyze operatingresults, and through his/her understanding of the results and identifiedrisks and opportunities, recommend actions to the respective plantleadership team to improve overall operational and financialperformance. He/she will work with the respective plant leadership teamsto identify, review, select and implement productivity opportunities andprograms.
