What You Will Do
As the Finance Manager, you will be an integral member of the Global Logistics Operations (GLO) financial support team with oversight of a ~$300M annual spending budget. You will be responsible for providing insightful financial reporting, template construction and coordination along with consolidation of periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reporting and planning activities. In this position, you will provide direct support to the Director, Finance and provide structured financial performance reporting to the Vice President, GLO and the functional leadership team. In addition, you will liaise with European Venlo distribution finance team, Financial Shared Service organization, Divisional Franchise leaders and Plant Controllers and the Global Quality & Operations Headquarters (GQO HQ) members on a regular basis. Responsibilities are time sensitive, and execution of this function occurs in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, sound financial and accounting principles knowledge, acute attention to detail, robust MS Office (Excel) skills and confidence combined with innate proficiency working with financial reporting systems. The role will also provide a business partnering opportunity supporting our Trade Compliance function.
Responsibilities may include:
Serve as Controller for GLO organization.Develop processes for monitoring the objectives and specific achievements related to the financial performance of GQO GLO.Serve as finance lead in the weekly, monthly and quarterly P&L reporting and projection process for the function, coordinating deliverables, timelines and up and downstream communicationsDevelop the long-range financial plan (LRFP), annual GLO budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes & recommend opportunities to improve business results.Create leadership presentations and ad-hoc reporting for VP GLO, functional leadership, and financeServe as subject matter expert in the use of financial reporting systems and databasesEnsure policy and procedural compliance regarding accounting practices by developing, interpreting, and guiding implementation.Business partnership with various leaders to enable delivery of, and accountability to, their business strategies, goals, and outcomes.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree required. CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred.8+ years relevant progressive experience exhibiting continued expansion of responsibilities and interaction with various levels of financial leadership.Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) software and SAP are preferredDemonstrated capability and experience with corporate financial reporting, manufacturing accounting, internal controls and progressive improvement initiatives
$95,100 - $204,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
