DaVita is currently seeking a Manager of Finance to join its Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Finance Team. The Manager will work as part of a highly strategic team that supports DaVita's Value Based Care patients and field operations, helping to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for the Integrated Kidney Care team nationwide. Responsibilities will include overseeing the financial modeling process for business development, as well as supporting the team's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions and other strategic business initiatives. The Manager will be based in DaVita's world headquarters in Denver, CO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Modeling & ContractingOwnership of pro forma pricing models for IKC contracts, with an emphasis on driving continuous improvement to refine model accuracy and enhance user experienceLead the financial modeling process for all IKC negotiations, and partner with the payor partnerships team on various initiatives to drive growthWork closely with field leaders to review & approve local pricing proposalsServe as the finance liaison to DaVita's compliance department, overseeing compliance-related projects such as tracking the financial health of IKC accounts, driving enhancements to the internal contract review process, etc.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Prepare detailed analyses of IKC financial results, variance to budget, tracking to forecast, etc. on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisAssist with the annual budgeting process, specifically around setting guidance, refining forecast models, and providing budgeting support to field leadersPartner with Accounting & Revenue Operations to monitor delinquent balances, track & report on contractual KPIs, assist with monthly P&L adjustments, etc.Data Analytics & Other Business InitiativesSupport team's reporting & analytics capabilities, with a particular emphasis on building out reporting efficienciesProvide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the ongoing performance of the IKC businessSupport field teammates with ad hoc questions and analysesOpportunity to manage one or more teammatesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree, quantitative disciplines preferred4+ years in finance, consulting, or relevant business analytics roleExtensive experience with financial modeling and familiarity working with large, complex Excel filesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to properly digest complicated data sets or business scenarios to provide creative & efficient solutionsTeam-player able to work collaboratively alongside our stakeholdersStrong communication skills to share recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders through verbal and written presentationsExperience with Oracle Essbase/SmartView, Anaplan, Microsoft SQL, and Tableau a plusHere is what you can expect when you join our Village:A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter.Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average.Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential.Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future.Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.
