Department Profile:The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm's books and records, and by contributing to firm wide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team.
Team Profile:The Project Management Team is a Change organization which is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of financial and regulatory Program. The team serves the needs of multiple Finance organizations including Legal Entity Controllers, Regulatory & Capital Reporting Controllers, External Reporting and Liquidity & Treasury Reporting teams.

Functions include:
Documentation of the current state processes, business requirements including the target state processesPerforming detailed data analysis and communicate findings to cross-functional teamsGain strong understanding of financial products and existing reporting processes.Participate in working sessions to discuss issues and design solution capabilitiesParticipate in execution of the testing phase with all stakeholders (testing approach, test plan, cases, testing metrics)Partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive project deliveryPlan and participate in meetings with the stakeholders raising appropriate status, risks, and issuesQualifications:

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
