Overview
The Finance Asst. Analyst supports Pepsi Beverages North America and is a key asset to the Accounts Receivable Teams. They will interact with AR Specialist, Leadership, Reporting, Systems Support and Project Teams to help find new and better ways to deliver on the day to day needs of the business while also supporting longer term initiatives and team capability building. They will analyze AR portfolios for exception drivers and help research and resolve customer facing issues. Their goal is to support objectives that will maximize cash flow and mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to help AR Teams take actionable steps to improve their performance and meet goalsAnalyze AR aging reports for accuracy & review portfolio balances for significant trends, providing leadership insights in drivers of balances with actionable insights Gain a solid understanding of "order to cash" processes for large format chain customers and help create supporting documents on upstream processes with downstream impact to assist with troubleshooting issues with financial impact as they ariseDevelop tools, reports, and areas where automation can be used to create efficiencies and help teams manage high volume AR portfolios Partner with operations, finance, sales, supply chain, data management and delivery locations to resolve customer issues and provide prompt follow-up
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or comparable business experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of SAP applications would be an advantage)Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Analytical mindset allowing to collect and examine a large volume of data, identify trends, and derive actionable solutions or insightsAbility to take initiative and follow-up independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to prioritize task in fast-paced dynamic environment
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $48,500 - $75,700 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
