Finance Analyst
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all contractually agreed fees are billed to the client;
· Controlling and reconciling revenue vs budget by preparing quarterly True-ups;
· Participation in annual budget preparation;
· Help manage and report the annual real estate budget, monitor spend, provide specified and ad
· hoc analysis as agreed with the Client
· Reconciliation of funds transferred to corporate bank account;
· Month-End journals upload to corporate ERP systems (Peoplesoft, Iscala, AX Dynamics);
· Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations;
· Support Client Finance Team in monitoring the financial performance of the Client account
· Co-ordinate and communicate internationally with the Corporate and Account Finance teams,
· and operational teams regarding finance matters
· Working with international colleagues to ensure consistency in financial reporting
· Performs additional job duties as requested;
Requirements:
· University degree in finance area (Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar preferred)
· Very good English both oral and written is a must
· Finance and accounting experience required, Very good Excel data manipulation skills
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
· Ability to remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritise and work to key deadlines
· Some knowledge of Oracle/SAP/iScala/MS Dynamics would be an advantage
· CIMA/ACCA in progress would be an asset;
