Description: This position will report to the PrSM Increment 2 Finance Manager. Must be able to provide day to day support and leadership of Program Finance team. A broad range of business acumen will be required for this position including a familiarity of MFC business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Scheduling, and Finance. This candidate will provide partnership and collaboration across multiple functions including, but not limited to: Program Management, Subcontracts Management, Production Operations, Engineering and Business Functions. This role will be pivotal in identifying financial risks and opportunities which includes evaluating EACs for reasonableness.
This position requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive quality EVM metrics/variances, scheduling status, subcontractor status, EACs, and program risk/opportunity assessments. Must understand Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs/IPMDARs, CFSRs, & CSDR). Other responsibilities will include the identification of areas for performance improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions, develop and monitor program termination liability and funding forecasts, and prepare and conduct status reviews. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies along with leading a team of Financial Analysts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation on new contracts including baselining
• Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets
• Experience Implementing and reviewing DFAR EVMS Business Rhythm, with compliant customer reports to include IPMRs, CFSRs, CSDRs
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
• Experience driving CSRs, LRP and Monthly Financial Reviews with multiple contract types and scope
• Experience coordinating managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and core company personnel while working in a “team” environment
• Effectively handle and execute multi-tasking in addition to working special project assignments simultaneously
• Experience with presentation & analysis of Data Driven Metrics (DDM)

• Experience supporting and driving programs utilizing agile program management
• Experience leading projects that aim to innovate tools, processes, and products
• Experience mentoring peers.
• Experience with rolling wave baselines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company-focused mindset.
• Experience in developing and briefing executive-level financial material
• Experience with driving successful IBRs
• Extensive knowledge of MFC Financial Tools
• Experience training junior analysts.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
