What you'll do:

　　"The Finance Analyst is an important role in Finance and Sales Operation function. The incumbent will support weekly and monthly sales and order forecast, sales and order performance tracking, compute Sales incentive achievement, supporting monthly closing, forecast and profit plan analysis. The incumbent will also support to FP&A related project implementation .

　　This position reports directly to the East Asia FP&A Manager. "

　　"A. Responsible to run sales cadence, analysis of sale & orders changes on weekly basis and report gap/opp to APAC division.

　　B. Co-operating with Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain Management to ensure the accuracy of Fcst orders, backlog and sales data.

　　C. Support sales review and manage activities/actions tracker and related FP&A reports (e.g. Product line reports, Customers reports, IU purchase and TP Impact reports)

　　D. Support on automation projects deployment testing related to Financial planning & analysis area.

　　E. Compute Sales Incentive Plan achievement on Qtrly , Half yearly, Yearly for various sales/business team

　　F. Assist business team/country manager in preparing Business review/Operation review

　　G. Assist on adoc analysis reports or Forecast or Profit plan related matter.

　　H.Support on automation projects deployment testing related to Financial planning & analysis area.

　　Qualifications:

　　Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting background is a must)

　　Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience

　　Skills:

　　"A. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to suit the adhoc analysis requirement

　　B. Ability to effectively monitor and track performance. (knowledge of using Power BI for financial reporting is preferred)

　　C. Demonstrated strong data management skill and expertise in Excel "
