Support CMD Southeast Asia financial reporting and analysis
Lead the CMD Southeast Asia strategic plan, annual operating plan and weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting, business reviews and reporting process.Provide quality financial analysis and commentaries on business drivers.Manage and analyze leads/pipelines in Salesforce.com (SFDC) to support forecast roll-upCommunicate key risks and opportunities, identify corrective actions and partner with commercial business partners to drive to meet/exceed targets.Pricing analysis, identify drivers for price erosion and actions to improve on price realization.Support commercial team on "Refuse to Lose" Pricing application, analysis of leads/pipelines in Salesforce.com, win/loss ratios, loss reasons.Support sales effectiveness metrics trackingTrack revenue deferrals and coordinate closely with relevant key partners to minimise impactWork with Accounting, Sales and Operational teams to manage Receivables & Inventories.Capital expenditure review and planningCalculate and initiate Sales Commission for the commercial teamProactively identify opportunities to drive process improvements, cost savings.Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Share best practices.Use Hyperion Planning for forecast and planning loading.
2) Strong ability to work across the matrix
Possess strong communication skills and ability to work in and influence a complex matrix structure across divisions, functions and countriesActively participate and contribute to the CMD team, working closely with the Southeast Asia Sales, Commercial Ops, Service, APAC Regional, CMD Divisional and Product line Finance teams.Develop strong relationships with Shared Service Accounting, HR & IT teams.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent3 to 5 years of progressive experience in financial systems and reporting in a MNC environment.Applied knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, SFDC and Power BIStrong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, committed and hands on natureMust be able to work under pressure, in a complex matrix environment
