The Field Visual Merchandising (FVM) Executive is to lead and carry out execution of all field related works for TR Brands. This role owns the works for new and existing store opening projects, life cycle management of all stores, visual merchandising execution works and ensure stores are in optimal standard for sales and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, execute and roll out new store opening based on project requirement and timeline handed over from Project Management (PM) team. Manage field works for retrofitting, refurbishment, relocation and reinstatement works. Oversee life cycle management, repair and maintenance of all stores. Lead, execute and roll out launches, lightbox updates as per visual merchandising (VM) requirement, guidelines and launch deck issued from brands VM team. Conduct regular store visit, carry out preparation and store check for VIP visits. Manage inventory for VM items, reuse and modular temp fixtures. Roll out and execute events, HPP and SPP for TR brands, corporate and multi-branded. Ad-hoc TR projects and assignments within assigned region.
Deliverables
New Store Opening and other Projects including Events, HPP and SPP
Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with SD and VM team, manage ELC appointed shopfitter, VM vendors, stocking partners, etc. to ensure opening as per agreed timeline. Monitor factory production progress of fixtures, ensure shipment from VM vendors, suppliers comply to project timeline. Carry out factory visit, fixtures inspection, quality checks and to ensure progress report being submitted by Shopfitter. Carry out on-site inspection, defect inspection with shopfitter, sales operations team and retailer. Ensure defects completion by shopfitter. Close out of project and final payment for shopfitter. Arrange for professional photography for all new openings.
Life Cycle Management
Oversee the life cycle management, repair and maintenance of all stores via OTM (On-the-move) application. Review quotations and closely work with FVM Director to ensure spending is within allocated budget. Ensure maintenance works carried out and repair request close off in OTM.
VM Launches, VM and Lightbox Update
Execute and roll out VM launches, VM and lightbox update for all TR brands. Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure works can be carried out as per required dates. Ensure completion of launch related works, issuance of reports to teams involved.
The role will require 20 - 30% travelling within the region, i.e. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Qualifications
BA in Design, Facility / Real Estate / Building Management. 1 ~ 2 Years of Project Management, Visual Merchandising / Marketing and / or Related Industry experience required. Knowledge of computer programs including: Adobe Acrobat required. Microsoft Office required.
Skills / Competencies
Strong Visual Merchandising skills or prior experience in luxury brands a plus. Understanding of store design & the ability to understand planograms/technical drawings. Has analytical skill to negotiate challenges and strong understanding to problem solving. Has an eye for design details & production issues. Ability to deliver on time, self-manage and work independently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Has strong interpersonal & communication skills to interact with multifunctional team members. Ability to manage and work closely with external parties. Action oriented, self-starter and team player
