Description
The CXO team is seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented and customer-obsessed Program Manager to support creating and improving standardized operational processes, change management, as well as further centralization integration. This includes, but is not limited to:
Development of tools to help support associates in pathway
Development of tools to help support field task management
Development of tools to improve auditing quality for operations
Supporting an array of business partners (i.e. Safety, Learning and Development) to help implement new processes at the site level
Lead and participate in cross-functional work to scope and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Gather and analyze data to identify ways to improve, centralize, standardize and automate processes
This role will be pivotal in ensuring CXO maintains best-in-class onsite experiences for customers returning/picking up packages at our locations by streamlining and centralizing field processes, and allowing associates the ability to focus on the customer.
About the team
CXO operates over 375 assisted pickup and returns locations in the United States. Customers at these locations can complete free package pickups and/or returns at an Amazon-owned location.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience in program or project management
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Knowledge of SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
