SummaryThe Field Service Technician is responsible for providing installation support and technical service to customers, distributors and internal personnel for the automotive OEM, tier 1 and industrial customers. Works to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.Essential Functions* Provides installation support and technical service to customers, distributors and internal personnel.* Oversees installation of Liquid and Powder System equipment.* Coordinates installation of equipment with the customer and installation contractor.* Handles start-up, troubleshooting and debugging of automatic electrostatic painting systems.* Trains appropriate plant personnel on operation and maintenance procedures of system.* Insures customer acceptance and proper system operation.* Provides feedback on product problems and corrective action to eliminate future problems.Minimum Qualification* Associate's Degree - preferably in electrical engineering combines with AUTO-CAD experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.* Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualification* Knowledge of Carlisle's product line and 1-3 years of electrical and/or mechanical experience is highly desirable.* Experience with small programmable controllers and the ability to read installation prints* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalTravelAbility to travel extensively both domestically and overseas.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjk1OTEyLjEwNTA4QGNhcmxpc2xlY2l0Y29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
