ABB E-mobility seeks a Field Data monitoring who will manage a team focused on monitoring the overall performance of ABB E-mobility DC Charger deployed in the field on a global scale. Depending on findings the team will recommend software and configuration updates and support the quality and R&D (Research and Development) team with analytics and improvement.This position reports toBusiness Shared Service ManagerYour responsibilities
Lead a strong team to create a data driven view on the global ABB E-Mobility Charger landscapeManage and improve field data acquisition and tool improvementsWork closely with the customer acceptance team to analyze the quality of the validation sitesCreate automated analytics tools to identify issues earlySupport the joint sign-off and deployment processes between ABB E-mobility and the customers with dataCollaborate with the global R&D team on a feedback process of validation resultsYour background
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience in direct interaction with senior customer management or Associate degree and 8 years of work experienceTravel up to 20% of the time in US, Canada and EUPartnership with a customer involving 1 to 3 year planning horizonUtilize relationship-based customer engagement techniques to demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment) of the collaboration effortsProduct knowledge in EV infrastructure and related systems and services is highly preferred.
