Field Clinical Trainer, Body Contouring, AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) :
The Field Clinical Trainer position is a crucial part of the AMI Clinical Education and Training team.
As the Field Trainer, you will report to the Regional Clinical Manager and be responsible for the management and execution of clinical training for new and existing body contouring customers to support the AMI clinical training continuum. This will involve working closely with body contouring field sales leadership and AMI stakeholders to ensure the AMI clinical training programs and resources are deployed strategically to drive clinical proficiency with our practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Educate the customer regarding body contouring technologies protocols, indications, contraindications, and important safety information.
Strategize with the Regional Clinical Manager, Regional Practice Manager, and Area Sales Manager regarding clinical training strategy for resource deployment.
Maintain updated knowledge of body contouring technologies, clinical messaging, and AMI programs to support the AMI learning continuum.
Leverage AMI resources and strategically deploy to improve clinical proficiency with customers.
Deliver clinical protocols for body contouring products through didactic presentations and hands-on demonstrations to the internal sales team and customers.
Maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact productivity and the highest level of clinical training.
Communicate clinical training insights, trends, and needs to Sales/Marketing/AMI leadership.
Keep accurate and current account files for each territory.
Complete administrative responsibilities, including weekly expense reports, up-to-date account profiles, and customer database.
Uphold updated knowledge of the latest information about the industry and competitive products available.
Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all organizational levels.
Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as part of business operations.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and always represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
A minimum of 5-7 years combined of clinical training and sales training experience.
Exceptional ability to adapt to various learning styles and customize training methods to meet the needs of diverse healthcare professionals.
Strong clinical understanding of body contouring protocols and clinical messaging to communicate and effectively demonstrate clinical proficiency and messaging.
Possess the ability to strategize and provide excellent customer service and clinical training for body contouring products/technologies, integrate them into practice, and ensure customer/patient satisfaction.
Possess the ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, technicians, management, and large groups.
A high level of organization regarding schedule management and follow-up skills is required.
High level of accountability, reliability, agility, and responsiveness.
Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 75% to adequately cover the region, including multi-overnight stays and corporate training meetings is required.
A valid driver’s license issued by the state/province where the individual resides requires a good driving record.
Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with the FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements.
