Field Account Manager (FAM)

OVERVIEW
The Field Account Manager (FAM) position is responsible to grow and maintain account relationships, while generating new business revenue growth. The FAM role is required to meet and exceed sales and revenue short-term goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and strengthen current relationships with FTD Florists. Prospect new members to grow coverage, depth, and network strength.Expand sales in overall product participation within existing member accounts. Manage membership retention to reduce churn and maintain current revenue stream.Increase territory revenue growth. Increase order volume fulfillment to increase member satisfaction and participation within the FTD network. Manage territory by utilizing CRM tools.Promote FTD technology & E-commerce product sales within the territory.Focus to understand the florist's business operations to offer solutions to leverage profitability and ROI.Maintain a high level of customer communications with FTD members.Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2+ years of B2B outside sales and account management experience; must have experience selling small to mid-sized businesses.Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage conflict and unique business problems.Understand industry specific trends and landscapes to improve competitiveness.Strong verbal, and written communications and relationship building skills.Excellent presentation skills.Strong negotiation & closing skills.Capable in MS Office Suite (Including MS Teams).Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability.Willing and able to travel overnight in assigned territory.
