This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support for the FDIC 370 implementation. Works with the business team for the customer outreach & process enhancements. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives. Partners with other business team members to arrive at solutions. May involve elements of system testing. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group. Aids in administrative and operational tasks as needed.
This is a hybrid role at one of the following locations:Raleigh NC, Morristown, NJ, Jacksonville, FL and Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities
FDIC 370 Program Execution Support/Business Analyst - Provides expert support for following activities. Handles escalated matters to appropriate parties.
Liaison between IT & the business for the data cleanup/customer outreach workstream management Liaison between IT & the business for the Process Enhancement workstream management Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis outputOperational Support - Provides support for business unit by responding to inquiries, identifying issues. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.Partners with other business team members to arrive at solutions. Works closely with different business teams to remove roadblocksPlays the role of SME for the consulting vendorProvides support to project & program managers in keeping track of deliverablesLeads overall implementation planning & associated activitiesSIT & UAT testing of Axiom solutionAxiom System Support - Provides expert technical support for Axiom by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothlySupport building Night of Failure PlaybookSupport building Compliance NarrativeSupport building Compliance Review Manual mapping & documentation to provide to FDIC 370 examinersSupport building Exception requests for outstanding account/data issues.Attestation Letter - Certification of ComplianceSummary Report AnalysisPending File AnalysisResolving Pending file accountsResolving Legal/Compliance mattersReporting - Produces weekly reports based on the progress and the execution activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational SupportPreferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of System Life Cycle Development and Agile Methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform tasks from multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with industry standard PC products. (Microsoft Office applications).
Other Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Banking/financial services industry experience.
