May work in greenhouse planting andtransplanting seedlings. May need to operate farm machinery and work ina storage building. May plant and transplant crops in the field. Willperform work of hand weeding, thinning and hoeing and pruning. Otherduties relating to planting, maintaining and harvesting of the crops.Required to stand, bend and kneel and climb ladders for long periods. Agreat deal of heavy lifting. Will harvest the crops according to thequality and the method of the employer. Will work in varied weatherconditions. The employer will provide 1 day of training and allow 2 daysof work for the workers to satisfactory complete duties described in thejob order. Workers will be given 1 hour for lunch and a 15 minute breakin the morning and a 15 minute break in the afternoon. Beginning andending times each day as well as the number or hours worked per day willvary depending on the weather and condition of the crops.
