About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating the needs and advising internal and external customers on the selection of specific services to optimally support their core business
• Creation and updating of comprehensive service catalogs and price models
• Account Management: Make sure the services provided meet the needs of the clients and customers
• Management of the contract interface to commissioned service companies
• Responsibility for ordering and optimizing the provision of defined service categories
• Quality & compliance management
• Budget creation and control for area of responsibility
• Support of the reporting of the SD REFS business unit
• Responsible participation in project work, project management

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Degree in business or technical studies or relevant vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of real estate management.
• English and German language fluently
• Experience with operations management and execution
• Project Management, ability to collaborate across boundaries
• Organizational savvy; Stakeholder engagement
Desirable Requirements:
• Continuous Learning (Dyn. Knowledge Development)
• Being resilient; operational excellence

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development opportunities as well as worldwide career possibilities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 49.804,58/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
