We are looking for a talented Facilities Engineer candidate to join our team specializing in Facilities Management or Project Management for our Corporate Business in Columbus, IN and/or your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Monitors the functioning of building systems including electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC), structural, mechanical, fire/life safety, etc.
Leads project management and oversees contractors for moderately complex facilities renovation projects entailing mechanical, structural, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC), electrical, production floor arrangement, etc.
Documents repairs and maintenance completed.
Advises technicians and line workers on basic repairs and maintenance requirements

Degree Programs Considered: Bachelor’s, Master’s
Major Programs Typically Considered: Facilities Management; Project Management
Internship program criteria :
Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
Must be able to complete a minimum of 10-weeks and up to a maximum of 12-weeks commitment
Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
Willingness to learn from others on the job
Compensation and Benefits
