Facilities Services Coordinator
As a Facilities Services Coordinator, you contribute to a positive environment in one of our offices, while keeping the workplace running efficiently and in a manner that inspires productivity and connection. Your expertise lies in your positivity, approachability, and execution abilities in a changing environment to drive best-in-class workplace environments and services.
This role reports into the Global Workplace Services Team in which supports the UKG Goals, Directives, and Mission of Our Purpose is People.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform weekly event set ups
•Complete scheduled audits to ensure general office space and conference rooms are clean and adequately supplied
•Monitor employee request ticket queue and complete requests within assigned scope
•Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including systems furniture, door hardware, plumbing, HVAC, painting and others as assigned
•Lead shipping and receiving functions
•Assist with space management tasks such as move request coordination and space audits
•Maintain office signage/posters
•Monitor office supplies and stock supply stations as needed
•Contribute to maintaining emergency response and office safety programs
•Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
About You
Basic Qualifications:
•At least three years of related experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) is required, candidates with experience in ServiceNow and/or iOffice, are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
•Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Highly organized with superior attention to detail
•Be able to lift 30-50 lb.
