We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our growing Retail Property Management business and be responsible for the facilities management of a portfolio of large format retail centres. You will be based onsite at Macgregor with periodic visits to 3 sites in SEQ & Northern NSW.
Supported by a friendly and dynamic team, you will showcase your skills and experience across facilities management and be empowered to own your role and trusted to make optimum decisions to best serve the operational needs of this retail environment.
The Opportunity:
Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the allocated sites, tenant liaison and contractor management
Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and head office teams
Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Manage onsite cleaning, security personnel and other onsite contractors.
Regularly inspect and report on building conditions in various Victorian locations and report items accordingly
About you:
Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally within a retail environment or transferable experience in a similar role within the property or retail industry
Proven problem solver with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
A driver’s licence and car are required.
