Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facilities Management SME to join our team in Ft. Detrick.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with functional leads to and developers to build and test systems to support full lifecycle real property and facilities functions which will allows users to manage workspaces at all levels, from installation to individual room.
With input from functional leads and user community, creates specifications for Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), Regulatory Compliance (RC), facility work request management, and reports and analytics based on business needs.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Required Qualifications:
Agile experience, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Experience in a Business Analyst role
Knowledge of medical facility compliance requirements and workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate well, understand business objectives and translate them into technology solutions
Bachelors degree and four years of experience or eight years of applicable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Eight years direct experience serving in military medical treatment facility or at the enterprise level with facility management responsibilities
Expert knowledge of DHA facilities management Procedural Instructions and Technical Manuals
Hands on experience with DMLSS, TEWLS, and LogiCole applications
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an Active Public Trust Clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. You do not need an Active Public Trust to begin employment
Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
