Description
Immediate opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator located in Chesapeake, VA. This role involves handling facilities requests across all stores and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing communication between facility managers and both internal and external customers
• Coordinating the maintenance, repair, and servicing of facilities
• Utilizing software such as OfficeTrax and Suite for efficient task management
• Applying administrative skills to manage high volume of requests across multiple stores
• Reviewing leases to determine whether the landlord or tenant is responsible for facility issues
• Utilizing excellent phone skills when dealing with landlords and other stakeholders
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service with a detail-oriented approach
• Utilizing Excel for data management and reporting
• Responding to inbound calls and providing administrative assistance as needed
• Maintaining a strong focus on multitasking and organizational abilities.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the retail industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Previous experience in providing administrative assistance is required
• Prior work as a facilities coordinator is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
