We offer an innovative yet inclusive environment that encourages leadership and collaboration among our team members.As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Business Process Architect for the Global Fab Materials (GFM) team. This team is responsible for the inbound supply lines of factory materials feeding Intel's global network of world-class semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation and will focus on demand forecasting, source selection, procurement, and settlement. As we transition to our SAP S/4 systems architecture, we need a leader to shape the core business operations, influence changes, and drive efficiency.Key Responsibilities• Understand business process requirements for the inbound factory materials supply chain.• Foster collaboration with SAP implementation consultants and Business Process Architects from various segments of Intel to understand best practices.• Partner with the business unit on the design of to-Be business processes.• Lead the decision-making processes within the business group on To-Be business process approval.• Build a business process library that describes end-to-end business process scope with L1, L2, L3 process hierarchy.• Evaluate and approve change impacts resulting from process modifications.• Coordinate with business analysts on detailed SAP system configuration decisions and preparations for implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related field.5+ years'experience in Supply Chain Materials Planning to Procurement related experience preferably in semiconductor or other large scale manufacturing industry .1+ years' experience within ERP transformations.5+ years' experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, and leading a highly matrixed collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in PTP and SAP - ERP implementations, and process design with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development.Familiarity with PTP's industry-standard processes and challenges

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
