F-35 Scheduler will interface with the registrar, F-35B flying training squadron and the F-35 training team to facilitate student throughput. Scheduler will utilize the F-35B Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual and coordinate within the training system to schedule students and resources, including classroom, pilot training devices, aircraft and flight instructors. Tasks include data and syllabus processing, tracking, documenting, scheduling and generating routine reports to include daily/weekly/monthly metrics. Scheduler will flow the monthly and weekly schedules and develop syllabus scheduling shells in support of student throughput. Scheduler will be proficient and knowledgeable with Standard Operating Procedures as well as applicable safety and scheduling publications. Scheduler will be assigned to duties in the squadron scheduling department, and will be prepared to assume duties in the Pilot Training Center. Scheduler must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet customer requirements.
Scheduler will be expected to be proficient in the content and use of the F-35B T&R Manual and local computerized scheduling programs. Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have prior scheduling experience. Candidate must have experience which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel) is required. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, solid ability to organize and work independently and a high desire to provide customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills:
Prior scheduling experience with a military flying unit.
Prior Marine Sierra Hotel Advanced Readiness Program (MSHARP), Training Management System (TMS) or Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) experience strongly desired.
Ability to collaborate and integrate with multi-functional teams.
Strong Microsoft Office abilities.
Experience working in military environment.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
Typical Minimums
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
