This position will be an integral part of the F-35 Deputy Office Affordability team responsible for F-35 Program Allocations Management and Affordability strategy and integration. This individual will provide support in the development and deployment of the F-35 Affordability strategy to include program targets, capturing of appropriate funding to execute the strategy, and communication of key affordability narratives, progress, and success stories.
Responsibilities include:
• Establishing the F-35 affordability strategy roadmap and program targets.
• Identifying and securing funding mechanisms to execute each element of the F-35 Affordability strategy.
• Capture and execution of Proposals
• Collaborating and integrating with applicable stakeholders to identify key actions to deploy each element of the F-35 Affordability strategy.
• Teaming up with applicable stakeholders to develop and execute Affordability communications (Develop executive level presentations, talking points & information summaries)
• Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to executing the F-35 Affordability strategy.
• CAM responsibilities for F35 Program Office Allocation (POA) and Program Allocations

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
• Process Improvement (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma) and/or affordability experience
• Project/Program Management experience
• CAM experience
• Knowledge/experience of proposal / capture process
• Knowledge of Opportunity & Risk identification and management
• Experience leading cross functional teams
• Experience communicating with executive level management
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business, or equivalent work experience in those fields
• Strong executive level communication skills (verbal, written)
• Experience leading cross functional (engineering, procurement, operations, Finance & Business operation) teams
• Competitive capture experience
• Strategy development and deployment experience
• Change management (e.g., Prosci: ADKAR)
• Strong analytical decision-making/Business Acumen skills & ability to identify business impacts across the product lifecycle
• Demonstrated history of creative financial solutions
• Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel
• Knowledgeable of LM Aero financial management and Program Management toolsets
• Knowledgeable of LM Aero Sustainment Operations, Supply Chain Management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
