The selected candidate for the Provisioning Analyst Staff - Level 4 role will support the F-16 Aircraft Provisioning team.
Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
• Researches and performs technical review of source documents to identify components for support based on the Program’s and/or Customer’s maintenance concept.
• Analyzes and applies knowledge of engineering design processes, pre- screen, reading and interpretation of drawings and vendor/repair data to include service data notes, associated parts lists, interchangeability, substitutability, additional reference numbers, and design change data to interpret/validate components to be considered replacement items following examination of functional operations of parts and assemblies.
• Works in a dynamic and collaborative environment to augment the information developed during the maintenance task analysis process. This includes the population of information into specified provisioning databases/tools and will include the appropriate supply chain data elements for that program.
• Performs additional analysis and breakdown of components based on the maintenance concept for the component being provisioned.
• Collaborates with engineering, task analysis, supply chain, maintenance, configuration management, and other organizations within the sustainment, suppliers and customer community to validate data during the creation and maintenance of sustainment level information.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline OR equivalent experience/combined education
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft logistics (i.e. supply chain management, item management)
- Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources and performing analysis using mathematical and statistical techniques (i.e. Tableau, Excel)
- Experience interpreting aircraft engineering specifications and/or drawings
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Logistics Support Analysis requirements
- Familiarity with either PRIDE, Advanced Technical
Logistics Applications System (ATLAS) or Systems and
Logistics Integration Capability (SLICWave)
- Familiarity with SAP and Sustainment Inventory
Management Systems
- Experience problem solving and able to handle multiple
tasks
- Knowledge and experience with F-16 aircraft
components
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience importing and manipulating data using Excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
