The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Customer Technical Training Specialist, Support Engineering Mechanical / Tactical Aircraft Maintenance (F-15) Crew Chief; Qatar Training Program .
The initial training and onboarding will take place in St. Louis, MO with the position deploying to Al Udeid AB, Qatar (Doha) . You will be supporting the maintenance training program on the new Boeing F-15QA aircraft. International relocation assignment benefits will be provided.
This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar for a minimum of 2 years.
Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet International assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
Position Responsibilities
Plans, develops, and conducts technical training in accordance with customer needs and requirements. Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements and develops training proposals.
Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants in classrooms, workshops and computer based training.
Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
Develops and documents training standards and specifications.
Leads identifying customer technical training needs and requirements and develops training proposals.
Leads evaluating and determining training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify complex media and materials.
Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
Develops and provides recommendations on training standards and specifications.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Long-term Assignment details:
Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.
Skill equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in the appropriate specialty.
Maintenance experience on other 4th or 5th generation military fighter platforms.
Applicable and appropriate educational/ certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience are required.
Requires experience in delivering Platform Instruction on F-15 Tactical Aircraft Maintenance (F-15) Crew Chief
Preferred Experience (Desired Skills/Experience):
Instructor certification
Classroom / Platform and Practical Instructional experience is highly desired.
USAF Instructor, Senior Instructor or Master Instructor Experience is highly desired or civilian equivalent instructor certification.
Ability to cross train into APG (Crew Chief) would be advantageous
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations
Summary pay range: 96,050 – 129,950
