Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Export Administrator to join are team on the Costa & Whitbread contract in Wellingborough. As an Export Administrator, you will be responsible for all the administration required around the international processes for the customer while, reporting into the Export First Line Manager.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all export freight management procedures, in line with customer service parameters Ensure that all FF&E orders are logged and key milestone are achieved Notify the Export Manager of any delays, issues or additionally charges Maintain the highest possible standards of operational data integrity within the company information management systems
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience or knowledge within an international supply chain and or FMCG environment Excellent collaborative, interpersonal and influencing skills Results oriented - willing to take ownership for achieving targets Previous experience of raising export health certificates
