Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment. Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
Your main tasks:
You are responsible for reviewing and evaluation of Technical Cleanliness Requirements
You lead customer negotiations regarding technical cleanliness
You collaborate closely with our cleanliness laboratories
You develop an End-to-End Cleanliness Strategy for the Automotive BU
You support Product Development in Product Design related questions
You support Manufacturing Sites with expertise on process and environment selection
You are a TE Representative in Technical Cleanliness commitees (e.g. ZVEI)
You plan and lead trainings for Technical Cleanliness across the Business Unit
You are responsible for creation, update process description for your process
You are the Technical Cleanliness Auditor for EMEA
You are a part of task force / escalation teams
Requirements:
Degree from a university of applied sciences with an economic and/or technical focus required
Three to five years of professional experience
"Technical cleanliness inspector" nice to have
Experience with ZVEI Risk Assessment Tool
Knowldege in IEC 60664 and ISO 14644
Profound knowledge ind VDA 19-1 and 19-2 as well as ISO 16232
