We are currently seeking a dynamic Experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OKC); Dallas or San Antonio, TX; or Seattle, WA.
As a Experienced Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the OKC Site Bomber programs, collaborating closely with internal engineers and program managers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of cutting-edge projects in the aerospace and defense industry.
Position Responsibilities:
Resource Forecasting and EAC Development:
Develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions, or poolsUtilize your expertise to create accurate and comprehensive projections that align with project objectives
Financial EAC Generation:
Generate financial EACs for contracts or programsEnsure precise and thorough financial projections, supporting strategic decision-making
Initiate Comprehensive Analysis:
Begin the analysis of resource forecasts, control account EACs, and financial EACsUtilize your analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that contribute to a deeper understanding of project dynamics
Performance Reporting:
Compile data from diverse sources and craft detailed performance reportsProvide a holistic view of project dynamics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisionsVariance Analysis Leadership:
Lead variance analyses, offering valuable insights into both operational and financial performanceIdentify areas for improvement and optimization
Clear Communication:
Provide clear and concise explanations to management, ensuring they have a deep understanding of project dynamicsBridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable insights
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
1+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFAExperience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills and Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related degreeExperience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Oklahoma City, OK: $73,100 - $86,000
Summary pay range for San Antonio, TX: $79,050 - $93,000
Summary pay range for Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA: $85,000 - $100,000
