  We are currently seeking a Experienced Digital Strategist (Lead to Director level) to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

  We're excited to be adding an experienced strategist to our Digital Strategy Team. You'll have an integral role in all stages of client relationships and project work, so you must be a self-motivated and effective leader who can prioritize.

  We are a diverse team of practitioners with backgrounds in media, politics, publishing, content strategy, design, government, and more. If you love to rally clients around a great story rooted in strategy and then help ship software that makes it real we would be excited to meet you.

  Who you are:

  You are an experienced, compassionate, opinionated practitioner with a passion for digital platforms across industries and a talent for continuous learning You're not afraid to create or adapt processes when necessary to help your team perform in a complex organization You excel at working through ambiguity to create a clear vision and can adapt your message so that it resonates with different audiences You have worked side by side with technical teams to ship and support complex products and platforms and are adept at translating technical concepts into stories for any audience You are an expert listener with superior deductive reasoning who can rally team members and clients around bold recommendations You thrive presenting to C-level and other senior executives, and can convincingly defend your recommendations with facts and market expertise You excel at reading the room and reacting to the audience and their needs on the fly You're a master at creating and directing creation of a variety of client-facing storytelling and deliverables (both content and visuals / layout) and can guide teammates through your vision You're equally comfortable reading analytics, API documentation, Jira tickets, and user research and turning it all into actionable and measurable plans You enjoy a challenge and are looking to grow with your team

  What you'll be doing:

  Leading conversations with clients and prospects, building relationships that earn you permission to help develop product visions and long-term roadmaps that solve for their challenges and opportunities Creating storytelling and other artifacts on your own and with others that reflect and expand those conversations into tangible plans, from research, concepts, and roadmaps to architecture diagrams and experience frameworks Early stage discovery and definition, from current state and competitive analysis to project scoping and staffing recommendations Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver fantastic software Providing leadership by guiding project teams and clients to success without compromising strategy Educating, guiding, and convincing internal and external stakeholders through compelling storytelling rooted in analytical thinking Constantly searching and learning to stay one step ahead competitors and anticipate our clients' needs

  Basic Qualifications::

  7-10 years of experience influencing product strategy and roadmaps as part of multi-disciplinary teams At least 3 years doing the above at an agency or in a similar client services environment, including writing and negotiating statements of work with clients

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Demonstrated experience setting a vision, defining and designing products and platforms in a variety of industries Experience conducting and reacting to user research Experience building and shipping user-facing apps, web applications and platforms Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and build trust with colleagues and empowered decision-makers and gain alignment across internal and external organizations Proven track record of successfully working with deadlines and ambiguity, as well as sharing in-progress work at all levels of fidelity Ability to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industries Strong proficiency with Keynote, Powerpoint, and Google Workspace. Salesforce experience a plus. A talent for building consensus among opinionated teammates within a large and complex organization Strong opinions, weakly held
