Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services in Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking an experienced Caregiver for a part-time, 16-hour per week position in Griffin, Georgia. As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This individual contributor role requires a strong sense of empathy, patience, and attention to detail. Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in our community. Compensation & Benefits: The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $13-$15 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, this position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in need of care. Responsibilities: • Provide companion care, personal care, and homemaking services to seniors in their homes, as directed by the client's care plan • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Help clients with mobility, including transferring and positioning • Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary needs and preferences • Keep a clean and safe environment for the client, including light housekeeping tasks • Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the care manager • Provide emotional support, companionship, and social engagement to clients • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols established by Always Best Care Senior Services Requirements: • At least one year of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and follow care plans • Good time management and organizational skills • Willingness to learn and attend training sessions as required by the company EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
