Description
Lead the collection, consolidation and interpretation of information required to support management of expatriate services and provide management reporting. Act as consultant on moderately complex compensation inquiries and address issues with service providers. Ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements utilizing knowledge of Human Resources Data Management. Create and maintain strong working relationships with global payroll, remuneration providers, business leaders and human resources. Participate in the development of budgets and costs connected to the delivery of expatriate assignments and benefits. Use Data Analytics to discover, interpret and communicate qualitative and quantitative data, and determine conclusions from business or functional frameworks. Coordinate the delivery of third-party services provided to employee expatriates and global mobility team, and administer third party service provider annual reviews. Coordinate with global tax provider to ensure worldwide tax compliance for expatriate employees, delivery of tax equalization settlements, and to assist with tax related questions. Collaborate with compensation, payroll and benefits teams on the delivery of these services to employee expatriates. Provide ongoing training to line human resources, expatriate employees, internal team members and stakeholders on global mobility programs and practices. Utilize payroll administration experience to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal control procedures. Implement and administrate operational processes to ensure the seamless movement of talent in alignment with policies, taxation, immigration laws, global cash payroll and local legislation. Consult with partners to identify and optimize opportunities in providing holistic solutions while balancing the needs of stakeholders and employees. Work with global mobility team on continuous process improvement and utilize Six Sigma tools including value stream mapping to lead initiatives to improve performance excellence in expatriate service delivery. Coach and mentor less experienced team members.

Experience and Education:
Positions require a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field and 2 years of experience as an Immigration Specialist, Public Relations Officer or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field and 5 years of experience as an Immigration Specialist, Public Relations Officer or related position. Experience to include: Human Resources Data Management; Human Resources Consulting; Data Analytics; Compensation and Benefits Administration; Payroll Administration; Mobility Administration; Six Sigma tools including value stream mapping; Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to improve performance excellence.
