Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, & Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).
Primary Responsibilities
Supporting the DHS Classified IT infrastructure.Provide technical expertise to resolve network and other operational events and trouble tickets associated with secure voice, data, and video services. Loading configurations; PC/Laptops and network equipment.Provide remote operations and administration as well as some on-site maintenance as required for support for secure voice, data, and video services. Perform technical refreshment of secure voice, data, and video systems according to IT and telecommunications standards. Acquire and configure voice, data, and video systems while maintaining configuration management throughout the systems life cycle.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years' experience with Network Support, Desktop Support, and/or equipment configurations.Preferred experience with Windows 11, Cisco or Juniper Routers/Switches, and desk top IP phones/VTC's.Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment.Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.Experience providing support to VIP customers.Experience providing remote and onsite support for Mobile Devices, Laptops, Printers, and A/V equipment.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Strong customer relationship management skills.

DHS or other government contract experienceKnowledge of SENS3 processes
Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
