Job Purpose
Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Global Executive & Senior Leadership Talent Acquisition, the Executive & Senior Leadership Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for Cencora's growing Global Pharma Services organization. The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting execution of senior leadership and executive search assignments, including identifying, attracting, and engaging high-calibre candidates in response to current and forecasted vacancies, including succession planning and market scans. The role will partner closely with senior leaders across Global Pharma Services to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and programs to achieve qualitative staffing results and diversity hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for actively leading the development, recommendation, and implementation of senior leadership and executive recruiting assignments across the Global Pharma Services business unit.Maintains an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to align with the company's needs and growth strategy by developing a proactive recruitment strategy and market approach.Serves as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition practices to hiring leaders, business unit leaders, and other constituents involved in the talent process. Identifies and implements best-in-class executive search practices.Provides exceptional levels of customer service and consultation both internally and externally across multiple geographies. Manages full life-cycle recruitment, including setting and communicating the search strategy, actively sourcing passive candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes in identified time frames.Communicates consistently and openly with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provides regular updates on all searches to key stakeholders. Ensures high-touch candidate and hiring leader interactions.Collaborates with internal stakeholders in Compensation and Talent Management. Ensures Leadership Competencies are incorporated into the interviewing process.Leverages and promotes the Cencora brand to attract diverse talent across all sourcing channels, ensuring alignment with the global talent attraction strategy and employee brand.Uses creative and proactive methods to directly source candidates. Markets opportunities in appropriate media, coordinates internal job postings, and utilizes online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates. Oversees the productivity of the various sourcing channels. Evaluate and report on their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement/change.Works with approved external recruiters and agencies to identify and recruit candidates when necessary.Networks with external experts and associations to stay abreast of industry and functional trends to build a strong external network.Counsels business leaders on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OFCCP and GDPR (as appropriate) and understanding of EEO hiring and compensation guidelines.Ensures recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of evaluations, applicant tracking, and appropriate documentation.Performs related duties as assigned.

Job Holders Specification
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, human resources, or related areas generally obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree program. Normally requires seven years of comprehensive recruiting experience with a particular focus on senior-level positions within a pharmaceutical solutions provider such as a CRO or life sciences commercialization services organization. Experience utilizing a variety of recruiting platforms and sources is required with a combination of agency and corporate experience preferred.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability
Previous knowledge and experience within the life sciences/healthcare sector is required with a particular emphasis on pharmaceutical solutions such as a CRO or a commercial solutions provider or consultancy that supports life sciences companies.Must have a strong customer service orientation; demonstrate a consultative approach to recruitment. Able to build strong relationships.Strong business acumen; comfortable engaging with senior leaders.Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including compensation negotiation.Understanding and demonstrated expertise in recruiting principles and best practices.Comfortable using digital and virtual mediums to attract and retain talent and build rapport.Strong sourcing and networking skills, experienced with direct outreach and proactive sourcing methodologies. Demonstrated expertise with search engine optimization and Boolean search.Demonstrated experience in behavioural-based interviewing techniques.Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborative approach and able to work in a team environment.Well-honed organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail; strong follow-up and follow-through.Demonstrated understanding of employment laws related to hiring, e.g. OFCCP experience a plus.Previous experience with an applicant tracking system and/or CRM technology, preferably WorkdayExperience managing vendors and vendor relationships.
