About Executive - EPC Partnerships (Remote Eligible, US)

  Job Description Summary

  The EPC Partnerships executive will report directly to the Executive Director of GE Hitachi's Advanced Nuclear Programs. The EPC Partnerships executive will be responsible for the development, promotion and relationship management of GE Hitachi Advanced Nuclear strategic customer partnerships, maximizing the value of these relationships for both GE Hitachi and our customers.

  Essential Responsibilities

  Ability to work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions & complex commercial constructs to meet the customer's desired outcomes, finding the best fit for the customer among the available pool of architect engineers and EPC/constructorsUnderstanding of marketplace dynamics and country specific economic conditions and competitorsWork cross-functionally, liaising with commercial, sales, services and project delivery teams to support customer solutionsBuild and maintain short-term and long-term deep relationships with our customers to enable year over year revenue growthDeveloping and implementing successful commercial negotiation strategiesAbility to adapt business strategy to meet customer needs as market conditions evolveIdentifying and driving strategic projects and initiatives aligned to program and business strategyDeveloping relationships, communicating and influencing across organizational levels (internally and externally)Ability to strategically identify new markets and customers and build a pipeline for the applicable GEH products and services

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or collegeAt least 15 years of experience in commercial operations, product management and project execution10 years of experience working for/with architect engineers and EPC/constructors

  Eligibility Requirements:

  The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters Wilmington, NC but qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered.

  The salary range for this position is $170-260k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.

  This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
