Labcorp is seeking an Executive Director of HR Technology. In this exciting role, you will drive the transformation of our employee experience through innovative digital HR solutions. Your role centers around crafting and executing a strategic HR technology roadmap, focusing on simple, modern, integrated tools, and leveraging cutting-edge solutions for process automation, ultimately resulting in seamless, amazing experiences across the employee journey.
In this vital position, you will oversee, and continuously evolve, our Workday platform and all other solutions in our HR technology ecosystem, while at the same time, being our catalyst and torchbearer for digital innovation for our people. As the hands-on, driving force behind our HR technology strategy, you will actively collaborate with various teams across the company to ensure that our solutions are not only technologically advanced, but also create a world class employee experience, scalable efficiencies in our operations, and ultimately enable business success.

This role reports to the VP of Employee Experience and Talent Intelligence, and will lead over 30 team members around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and align the HR Technology strategy and operation plan with the company's top business priorities ensuring global scalability and quality.Digital Transformation: Lead the continuous improvement of our digital HR capabilities, integrating cutting-edge technologies and trends, with a relentless, passionate focus on employee experience.HR Technology Roadmap: Set and ensure cross-functional alignment of the HR Technology roadmap, aligning to overall company People Strategy, and HR priorities.Workday Platform Management: Take full ownership of the Workday platform, ensuring its optimal performance, alignment with organizational goals, and continued experiential evolution.Mergers, Acquisitions and Consolidations: Support global implementations related to mergers, acquisitions, and system/platform consolidation efforts.Change Management: Ensure robust change management practices are in place for smooth technology transitions.AI Exploration: Seek out and plot our strategy to incorporate the power of AI into various parts of the employee journey.Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, focusing on skill and career development to meet current and future needs.Vendor and Third-Party Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality support and timely delivery of HR technology solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leaders across HR, IT, Finance, legal and core business units to design user-friendly processes and solutions, supporting the scalability and effectiveness of the workforce.Data Integrity and System Upgrades: Maintain data integrity in systems through regular audits and lead all aspects of system upgrades and additions.Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR-related systems comply with data protection laws, security protections, and alignment with federal regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Change Management Expertise: Proficient in change management methodologies, particularly on a global scale.Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Relationship Building: Emphasizes emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across the business.Technical Acumen: Experience in building enterprise, global solutions and partnering with IT and other cross-functional teams to bring them to life.Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills, able to conceptualize broad-based solutions, integrate diverse ideas, and create a multi-year roadmap with innovative solutionsProject Management: Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading large, global, complex projects.Embraces Change: Experience with business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, thriving in a fast-paced environment subject to constant change.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of HR Technology expertise, preferably in a global, high-growth environment.Minimum of 5 years leading high-performing global teams.Advanced Workday knowledge and experience.Hands-on experience with at least one cloud-based HCM system implementation, managing both internal and external service providers.

Pay Range: $200,00+ base pay plus bonus
