Position Overview
Come join our top-notch Communications Team and bring your executive communications expertise and creative ideas to further our impact. You will work with the CSO Communications Director to develop strategic communications initiatives that support and advance the CSO mission and our goals. You will help craft and define executive communications plans for our leadership team, identifying and pitch internal and external experience communications opportunities. You will have the support and collaboration of your centralized communications team peers to share best practices and insights and to reinforce a sense of community, common purpose and teamwork within the growing Customer Success organization.
You will report to the Director of Communications Customer Success. Location: West Coast preferred/hybrid/remote

The CS Communications team is a good-humored group of communications professionals with expertise in content development, communications strategy, storytelling, program management, writing/editing, and graphics. Using those skills, we use our internal and external platforms to advocate for the people, projects, customer successes, ideas, and initiatives within CS. We connect goals and the work of our teams do to achieve those goals. And we have fun doing it.
Responsibilities
Develop executive communication plans for CSO executives including partner mapping, communications strategy, design, and multi-channel implementationAdvise leadership on topics, forums, and audiences to convey our messageProvide communication support to senior-level officials by assisting in the creation of speeches, video scripts, editorial content, organizational announcements, and similar formsResearch relevant topics to assist with exec story tellingPartner with communications teams outside of CSO to create organizational standards for events and communications
Minimum Qualifications
Enthusiasm for story-telling approach that leverages visual, written and verbal communication skillsA mindset that feels comfortable challenging the way things are "normally done"3-5 years communications experience drafting media, industry and customer-facing content. Specific executive communications experience is a big plus.Collaborator but also comfortable running programs independentlyProficient in multiple desktop applicationsExperience developing presentations. Proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with email marketing programs (MailChimp, Marketo, Politemail)Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mural AsanaExperience in change management processes and principles but not requiredExperience working with a global team but not required

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,400 and $131,780. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
