Unit Description
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at JCB in Pooler GA! The current food landscape is 1 Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch only, and Catering Operations.
The Executive Chef 2 will be the lead culinary person for the operation. Duties will include but not limited to:
Managing a team of 6 hourly employees
Responsible for food cost, labor cost with the GM
Menu planning
Ordering
Inventory
Hands on working with the team 85% of the time
Catering production
safety and sanitation
Ensuring quality and presentation of food
Waste Control
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
Target Salary is 58K to 82K

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
