Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Chairman to develop and refine project objectives, goals, and strategies.Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.Provides sophisticated calendar management for the Chairman as it relates to the initiatives he is leading. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.Manages the Chairman's emails/incoming communications to include monitoring, cleaning out, categorizing/prioritizing, responding independently when possible or with approval/request from the Chairman where needed, ensuring timely response to urgent matters, and relaying messages appropriately.Liaises with third parties, such as Board of Directors, clients, vendors and partners and assists with events and meetings as needed
Key Qualifications & Proficiencies
Proven experience directly supporting C-level Executives as an EA or Chief of Staff, ideally supporting a CEO, Chairman, President, organization leader, or experience that is directly applicable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Bachelor's Degree preferredProficient in Google SuiteExperience working with Mac computersValid Driver's License & reliable vehicle
