This role willwear many hats, primarily supporting the Executive Vice President withadministrative responsibilities on the business side, and projectcoordination/execution on the personal side with creative endeavors.This role will require someone based in NYC to travel to Albany, NewYork, a few days per month while operating remotely otherwise. Standardhours are 8am-5pm with availability after-hours as needed depending onthe EVP\'s time zone. This is an amazing opportunity to take on projectsthrough different creative worlds and play a key role in both executionand overall success!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage complex calendars, anticipating changes and conflicts
Schedule internal and external meetings, take meeting minutes
Heavy project management for multi-media projects includingpublishing, film/production and technology:
Research resources and options in the market, weigh thedifferences amongst theseWork with individual contributors and companies, managecommunications and gather informationOrganize cumulated information with well-thought opinions forEVP to make decisionsSupport EVP with project execution including behind the scenescheduling, filing, organization of tradeshows, media festivals andtours
Assist with ad-hoc administrative needs relating to the familyoffice and create processes/efficiencies
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in a creative industry with a transferrableadministrative skillsetExperience supporting an individual or family office in anadministrative capacity is preferredDemonstrated project coordination/executionIndustrious and motivated professional with excellent communication,organization and time management skillsMust be flexible to ever-changing responsibilitiesCompensation/Benefits:
