What you will do:
PGIM Real Estate's Business Development Team is seeking a Sales Executive Assistant who will thrive in a demanding work environment. This individual should have prior experience supporting senior executives and/or sales professionals and be willing to take ownership of a multitude of tasks in provided support for a designated team/sales region.
This team follows a hybrid schedule with on-site expectations of 3 days a week in our Los Angeles, CA office.
What you can expect:
Creating organizations and contact records, providing and removing access for client reporting and communication preferences, and building out contact and organization profiles in Salesforce through use of variety of third-party data providers and data entry.Enter call notes and top opportunities for sales reps and proactively update top opportunities for repsReview reps' audit reports from salesforce and update records as needed and pull client or fund manager profiles from databases like Preqin, mmd, etc.Handle all meeting logistics for in person, virtual and hybrid meetings, including more advanced meetings such as roadshows, property tours, education sessions, or due diligence meetings (i.e., securing conference rooms, technology access, security, food & beverage, building agendas, obtaining materials)Secure reps' client meeting materials largely through technology tools (such as Seismic and Salesforce)Build and maintain agendas in coordination with the Business Development representatives and preparing meeting prep packs as needed.Manage reps' schedule/calendar as needed and handle travel arrangements/reimbursements.Secure compliance approval and pre-approvals as needed for client gift and entertainment, travel, and related meeting expense.Facilitate the annual performance management process which includes soliciting feedback from key stakeholders, completing formal appraisals, and sharing feedback with the administrative team.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's Degree preferred8 plus years of executive assistant, project management, sales support or other transferrable experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment Proficient in technology systems such as Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams and able to work optimally with other teams across the organization.A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity.Flexibility to work the hours needed as required to meet business demands.

Strong editing and proofreading skills and attention to detail.Ability to think proactively and anticipate needs.Ability to work independently with minimal direction, work under tight time constrains, and be able to prioritize work.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $80,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
