Everbridge is looking for an Executive Assistant who will support our Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. This position involves managing administrative support duties, maintaining, and managing complex schedules and travel planning, and adhering to crucial deadlines. This is a hybrid position which also includes some office management of our Vienna, VA location. The ideal candidate for this job is highly organized, resourceful, flexible, friendly with excellent communication skills, and able to promptly drive multiple tasks through to completion. The role requires 5 or more years of experience in an administrative support function.
What you'll do;Complete a broad variety of activities supporting two Executives managing all aspects of active calendars; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans (domestic and international), itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.Assisting sales and marketing team members as needed.Perform end-to-end meeting management involving basic and complex scheduling; conferencing technology; agenda communication; room and technology setup; location logistics management; catering; and note-taking and follow-up.Exercise sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential issues and materials in responding to mail, telephone, electronic, and in-person inquiries.Coordinate office concessions such as our weekly lunches and other recurring events and programs and maintaining kitchen and office supplies.Welcome visitors to the office; directing them appropriately and maintain security by following procedures; monitoring guest book and issuing visitor badges.Maintain an inviting and organized office environment.Oversee mail delivery and incoming and outgoing packages.
What you'll bring5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C or SVP level with progressive administrative responsibilities and experience.Bachelor's degree preferred.Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and PowerPoint.Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives and other staff within and outside of the company with a great deal of tact and diplomacy.Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized, able to work independently, and perform well under stress.Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get requests completed.Experience supporting sales executives.Experience with Salesforce and expense reporting software not required but preferred.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $77,000-85,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
